When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items ship in November 2026. The expected shipping date is shown on each product page and on your order.
Will I be charged now?
Yes. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.
What if my order is delayed?
If we expect to ship later than the date shown, we will email you and you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted it is processed immediately and changes cannot be made. Please check your order and address before you place it.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, and all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, we will exchange it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method you choose.
How tall are the figures?
Every figure stands 4.75 inches (4 3/4\") tall and comes in a signature double-window display box.
Who designs the figures?
Disney Shorts figures are created by Mintbrain with art by Herrerabox. Each figure carries the artist's signature at the base.
