Returns
At Mintbrain Collectibles, our goal is to offer collectibles of the highest quality. Because our products are produced in extremely limited quantities, we don’t accept returns, and every sale is final.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll send you a replacement. Email us at info@mintbraincollectibles.com within 7 days of the delivery date, including your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll take care of it.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are charged when you place your order and ship on the date listed on the product page. If we anticipate shipping after that date, we’ll notify you by email, and you’ll have the option to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund.
